The Gashouder is a place of extremes: it’s the home of Awakenings. With its circular shape, pillar-free interior and wrought iron roof construction, the Gashouder is the most distinctive venue in Amsterdam. No one who attends an event here will ever forget it. It was built in 1902 and at the time it was the largest gasholder in Europe. The gas was stored on top of the Gashouder in a steel tank that extended telescopically to a height of forty meters.
Awakenings invite Adam Beyer to the leafy green outskirts of Amsterdam to present his iconic Drumcode label. With Drumcode Festival no longer taking place, this is where you can get your Beyer and co fix.
The Swedish techno producer and DJ has become one of the scene’s most respected and in-demand artists, winning multiple awards along the way.
Here he’ll be joined by a star-studded lineup, including Amelie Lens, ANNA, Enrico Sangiuliano and Bart Skils, for a day filled with the authentic Drumcode sound.
